Someone’s life can change on a dime. Someone can die on a dime. That is what happened in this single vehicle smack up with a tree. The young man never saw it coming and went to his sudden death as his car left the road, barreled down an embankment and slammed into a tree, reported the NY Car Accident Lawyer.

His white VW was spotted going off the road by one of the residents in the area and they called police for help. Although the emergency rescue crews arrived quickly and reached the man in record time, he was pronounced dead at the scene from extensive head injuries. The young man was only 24-years old at the time of the accident; a life snuffed out that had so much potential.

No one really knows for sure what caused the accident, but the police are investigating the area for clues as to what may have happened. They will be looking for a cell phone, any GPS devices, MP3 players, drink containers, booze or drugs. There is even the possibility that a tire blew or the transmission or rear end differential gave way without warning and the man lost control of the car indicated the Manhattan Car Accident Lawyer. He may also have been speeding, but only an accident reconstructionist will be able to tell if that was the case.

Being ejected from a vehicle during a crash usually has some grave consequences, and this case is no exception to that rule, indicated the New York Injury Lawyer. There were two people in this single vehicle crash and when EMS responders arrived they found a male that had been ejected sitting near the passenger front seat, outside the vehicle. The woman was further down the road. Both were air lifted to the nearest hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, the woman’s traumatic brain injury was so severe, she died, reported the New York Car Accident Lawyer.

The police report indicated that the 2001 Chevy Cavalier was heading north on the highway and for some reason, it crossed the center line, shot through the southbound lane, plummeted over an embankment edge, slid down the embankment and slammed into a concrete culvert. Neither occupant was wearing a seatbelt at the time and both airbags were deployed.

The police were able to track down eyewitnesses to the crash who said the car had passed them going at a high rate of speed on a curve. The police will be testing for the presence of drugs and alcohol to find out if that was the reason she lost control of the car, added the New York Injury Lawyer.

Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason to why an accident happens or why someone dies in an accident. This case was baffling and the man was pronounced dead at the scene by a coroner, indicated the New York Injury Lawyer. The stated cause of death was blunt force trauma to the chest. The man was only 32-years old at the time of the accident.

Sadly, the accident happened about 200 yards from the man’s home. For some reason, as he was on his way there, he lost control of the Ford Explorer he was driving. It veered across the road and flipped over several times, coming to rest by a tree on the opposite side of the road, said the New York Car Accident Lawyer.

The vehicle burst into flames and the front of it was crushed inward and badly charred. The inside of the Explorer was also in rough shape with debris scattered inside and outside the vehicle. EMS crews had to perform the grim task of cutting the dead man free of his car.

The young lady involved in this car wreck was driving on a highway when she lost control of her vehicle as the result of hitting an icy patch on the snow covered roads. She slammed into a tree, outlined the New York Car Accident Lawyer. No one knows how long she had been there, as a passerby called it in to the police later in the day.

The driver was only 16-years old and a junior at the local high school. When emergency responders arrived, she was taken to hospital, after being extricated from her wrecked car by firemen, where she was listed as being in critical condition with a guarded prognosis.

Police are searching for any eyewitnesses in the area that may have seen her driving just before the crash. They want to know if she may have been speeding when she hit the ice and that is what made he lose control. They also want to find her cell phone and check the screen for when it was last used. It may be that she was texting while driving, didn’t pay attention to the road, didn’t see the ice and snow clearly and when the car hit that patch, she couldn’t control it with just one hand on the wheel, suggested the New York Injury Lawyer.

In this case, two young people in their early 20’s sustained critical injuries after hitting a power pole. No one is quite certain how the Buick Sedan lost control as it was proceeding down a large hill. The one thing the police do know for sure, is that the force of the impact sheared off the base of the pole and wiped out power in the area for several hours until utility crews got the problem under control, reported the New York Car Accident Lawyer.

The Fire Department, who responded to the accident location, took the driver and passenger to the nearest medical facility for treatment. Both had life-threatening injuries, said the New York Injury Lawyer. The police intend to fully investigate the cause of this near fatality and will be going over the vehicle with a fine-tooth comb looking for clues as to why the driver lost control. In order to do that, they impounded the car and took it to the impound lot for further investigations.

There is some speculation that the driver was speeding, given the forceful impact with the power pole. They will also want to find out what else was going on in the vehicle just prior to the collision. Was the driver under the influence of drugs or booze? Were the driver and passenger fighting or joking around? Did the driver have a cell phone and was texting? Were the two involved in a race of some kind with another vehicle, asked the New York Car Accident Lawyer?

As we age, our facilities begin to decline at a pretty rapid pace, at least for some of us. Within just a few short months we can find ourselves unable to read the fine print on a can of soup where just a few weeks earlier we could get there if we squinted. Our memories begin to blur, and we have difficulty recalling names of people we have known for twenty years or more. This is part of the normal aging process, reports one New York Car Accident Lawyer, but what effect does aging have upon our driving?

Last week a 92 year old woman lost control of her car and flipped it into a ditch. She was non-responsive when medical personnel reached her and was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, reports from a New York Injury Lawyer said. No one knows exactly what happened to the woman or why she lost control of her vehicle.

A New York Car Accident Lawyer suggests that the aging process may indeed have a debilitating effect upon our driving skills. Elderly people tend to be more absent minded and also tend to startle more easily. Though it is speculation at this point, pending further details about this particular case, it is fair to suggest that one of these scenarios could have occurred just moments before the woman lost control of her vehicle.

Early morning commuter traffic is usually fairly predictable. Living in the city means that if we even drive, the closer in we get, the closer we are to getting stuck. Millions of commuters drive into the city for work every morning, says a New york Car Accident Lawyer. The crashes that we see run the gamut from being small nuisances to horribly traumatic tragedies. Officials say the best they can hope for is the minor nuisance where each parties insurance companies are contacted and they both drive off.

Last week the early morning commuters got a little less predictability when their morning rush hour turned into a multiple car pile up that injured five people and involved three separate collisions. According to a New York Injury Lawyer who was on the case, the sequence of crashes began when the driver of a Ford Mustang collided with an SUV. The SUV ended up crossing into the left lane and was then struck by a Toyota RAV4, creating yet another tailspin on the opposite side of the road.

Reports from the New York Car Accident Lawyer said that basically no one was seriously injured in the series of collisions, though there were some minor facial cuts and scrapes and a small child, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles, had a possible broken leg. Everyone left the scene of that accident without having to be admitted into the hospital. For many, they went home that night and counted their blessings, because they know how much worse it could have been.

The last month of the year is a blur for most of us as the holiday season gets underway and we start planning parties and dinners and gifts and festivities. According to a New York Car Accident Lawyer, we get ramped up for celebration right around the beginning of December, and that changes our habits. In some tragic instances, it changes everything.

Reports by a New York Injury Lawyer state that a married couple from Illinois were on their way home from a party one bitter night in early December. The snow limited the visibility from within the car and the husband could not see what was in front of him. He lost control of the vehicle and struck a light pole in the middle of the night on a quiet snow covered road. The husband was killed instantly, but the wife was nowhere to be found. People on the scene said that the only evidence they had that remained of her was a shoe and a bit of fabric from the dress that she was known to have been wearing at the party.

The New York Car Accident Lawyer later announced that it had been revealed that the couple had four children. Obviously the death of one parent and the disappearance of the other right before Christmas is something no child deserves to experience and in that sense is utterly incomprehensible. But when the news came that their Mom had been found, the news was bad, as the body of the woman was located in a field several miles away from the site of the crash.
