A young soldier for the United States Army was killed in a fatal car accident on Saturday. The solider was in the car along with two other members of the armed forces. The soldier was a passenger in the car when he was thrown from the vehicle during the collision, explains a NY Car Accident Lawyer.

The men were out together, off of base, at the time of the incident. The solider that died was the oldest person in the vehicle and was barely twenty years old at the time of his death. The other two men were barely out of high school. The other two men, who both survived the accident, were both wearing their seatbelts while the young soldier who died was not.

The cause of the collision was unknown at the time of this article. Though drunk drivingl or other drugs are always a suspect in these types of situations, there was no evidence available that pointed to them as the cause in this case. No charges have been pressed at this time against the driver; however, it is always a possibility that there will be charges at some point in the future as further evidence comes to light.

Three cars were involved in a deadly car crash Monday, said a NYC Car Accident Lawyer.

The driver, who allegedly caused the crash, might have been driving down the wrong side of the road. He apparently was distracted and hit a truck head on and was able to get himself out of the vehicle before it burst into flames.

Sadly, this man still didn’t survive the crash despite his escape. Local residents saw a large flame rising from the road and called 911.

“This heart-wrenching story has been in the news for a few weeks,” said a NY Car accident Lawyer. “These were all nice kids with bright futures and it all came to an end with one mistake,” he added.

A 20-year-old girl was driving with three passengers in her car when the tired student fell asleep, hit a tree and caused two of her good friends’ deaths.

The girls were all pledging the same sorority and were on their way to yet another pledging event when this happened. Thankfully there was no alcohol or drugs involved and therefore no DWI or drunk driving was charged.

Two police officers riding motorcycles were injured in separate accidents in Atlanta, Georgia on a Tuesday evening around 9pm. Both accidents happened within minutes of each other, reports a New York Injury Lawyer. One officer suffered minor injuries while other will have to undergo surgery after fracturing one of his legs. The drivers of the vehicles involved in the accidents were charged with failing to yield when turning left and failing to yield for an emergency vehicle.

The first accident occurred as the officer was on his way to help with crowd dispersal after a basketball game. The driver failed to yield before making a left turn and crashed into the motorcycle. The second accident occurred as the other officer was responding to the first accident. The driver in this accident failed to stop to let the motorcycle cross the street first. The car crashed into the motorcycle, says a New York Car Accident Lawyer. Both police officers were transported to the same local hospital for treatment.

A group of officers visited the hospital afterward to their condolences. Fortunately, no other vehicles or people were injured in these accidents. Both officers are expected to make full recoveries. The drivers of the cars involved in these accidents did not suffer any injuries. It is unclear at this time if drugs or alcohol played a part in either of these accidents, according to a New York Injury Lawyer. Failure to obey the rules of the road can have major consequences as the drivers of these vehicles discovered. Motorcycle accidents are common in Long Island and Westchester County where highways are plentiful.
