Two drivers were injured in a car accident on the Garden State Parkway. The driver of one car, a 77-year-old man was driving northbound on the Parkway in the early morning hours. He lost control of his 2008 Nissan Pathfinder and rear-ended a 2000 Toyota Tacoma. New York Car Accident Lawyers indicate that the Tacoma and the 56 year old driver were sent over the guard rail and rolled a number of times before coming to a stop on Walnut Street.
In this case, the impact forced the Pathfinder into a concrete on the Parkway side.
The drivers of both vehicles were transported to the hospital by emergency management services. The driver of the Tacoma suffered head injuries and was listed in critical condition and the driver of the Pathfinder suffered facial injuries and was listed as stable.
