Single Car Accident Claimed Life of Suwannee man

Police reports handed to a law firm state that a Suwannee county man was killed as a result of a car accident. Only one car was involved in the accident and it was caused because he lost control of his vehicle.

The accident happened on Thursday night according to the report. The man died before emergency services were able to respond and was declared dead at the scene when first aiders did arrive.

The driver who died was a 39 year old man. When emergency services attended the scene they declared him dead as a result of the injuries sustained in the crash which happened at 9:30 PM. The crash happened on County Road 137.

Police say it is fortunate that no more vehicles were involved in the accident. If any more vehicles were involved then it could have been much more serious. Although one person lost his life, many more could have been put in danger if it had happened at a busier time of the day.

The driver was traveling northbound in a Chrysler Sebring. He was traveling through the area just after a heavy storm had caused the roads to become very wet and slippery. This meant that as he drove round a bend he lost control and the car span off. The car went over the pavement and then flipped twice. The car was thrown into a large tree and the driver was thrown from the vehicle because he was not wearing a seat belt.

It is also fortunate that nobody was walking on the pavement at the time, indicates a source. If there were people on the foot path then they could have been seriously injured too. When he was thrown from the vehicle the car then landed on top of him. This left him with injuries which killed him soon after the incident and before the emergency services could arrive. Authorities in Staten Island and Westchester are on the prowl for these accidents.

The police department’s crash investigators are still investigating the case. They are trying to determine whether or not the driver was intoxicated while behind the wheel. The current evidence does not confirm this, although police do suspect that both alcohol and the weather had a role to play in the accident.

Two Car Accident Kills two People

Two men were killed in a car crash which happened at around 10 PM at night explains a report. The accident happened on Thursday and two cars were involved.

A 22 year old male was driving a Ford Mustang along west smith road in a westbound direction. A 46 year old man was driving in the opposite direction along the same road in a Dodge Charger. This driver crossed the center line which caused a head on collision which was very serious.

The first younger driver was taken to Medina Hospital. However, by the time he arrived at hospital he was pronounced dead explains the doctor. His family were told of the accident and asked to identify the body.

The other driver was flown directly to a hospital in Cleveland. He was also declared dead on arrival as a result of his injuries. The emergency services did absolutely everything that they could to take care of the drivers, it is just a shame that they died on the way to hospital.

There was an 18 year old passenger who was also flown to a hospital. She is thought to be in serious, but stable condition and still undergoing medical treatment for her injuries which are not life threatening explains the expert.

The Police Departments investigation states that the roads were fairly wet and this is thought to of been a contributing factor to the crash. Blood tests of both drivers were taken and it is not thought that any alcohol was involved.

Nobody has been charged over the car accident although the investigation is still ongoing. It is not expected that anyone will be charged for this as both drivers died at the scene. The investigation suspects that the car accident was caused by the older driver crossing the line due to wet road conditions. Accidents like these are common in Queens and also Staten Island.

It's good news that any other cars traveling on the road at the same time were able to stop in time to prevent a pileup. If more cars were involved then the injuries could have been even more serious.

Fatal Crash Takes the Lives of Two People

An accident which happened early on Saturday morning killed two people and injured another nine. The nine injured people required inpatient treatment at the local hospital.

A well-known expert explains that the car accident occurred at 3am on Saturday Morning. Initial reports stated that three people died in the accident, but this was a mistake. The number of people who were killed was revised to two after further investigation. The lawyer expects that this was caused by confusion in communication.

The families of the people who were killed in the accident gathered at the scene of the car accident to show their condolences and also to help search for survivors. This crash claimed the lives of two very popular people and it was very emotional for all concerned.

Police are grateful that the accident was not any worse than it was. If any more cars were involved in the pileup then it could have been even more serious and dangerous for all concerned.

Firefighters quickly attended the scene of the accident and set to work rescuing and releasing survivors. Crash investigators are still trying to investigate the actual cause of the accident. It's thought that a Mazda SUV swerved over the center of the road into the other carriageway. It is unknown exactly why the driver did this. The SUV hit a Ford Probe which caused the SUV to flip over. This killed a woman in her 40's and a 19 year old man.

The Medical Examiner’s report has been reviewed by the court. It is stated that two people were killed because they failed to wear their seatbelts. This meant that at least two people were flung from their vehicles where they suffered from fatal injuries. Drunk driving was not said to be the cause.

The first on the scene sent the surviving victims to local hospitals. A few of these people were said to be in serious and critical condition. Only the driver of a Ford Probe did not require hospitalization.

The case is currently still unsolved and is undergoing investigation. More detailed reports will be available at a later date. The state police are involved in the crash investigation and trying to discover the cause of the problem as they would be in Westchester County and Staten Island.

Cause of Soldier’s Death Under Investigation

A young soldier for the United States Army was killed in a fatal car accident on Saturday. The solider was in the car along with two other members of the armed forces. The soldier was a passenger in the car when he was thrown from the vehicle during the collision, explains a NY Car Accident Lawyer.

The men were out together, off of base, at the time of the incident. The solider that died was the oldest person in the vehicle and was barely twenty years old at the time of his death. The other two men were barely out of high school. The other two men, who both survived the accident, were both wearing their seatbelts while the young soldier who died was not.

The cause of the collision was unknown at the time of this article. Though drunk drivingl or other drugs are always a suspect in these types of situations, there was no evidence available that pointed to them as the cause in this case. No charges have been pressed at this time against the driver; however, it is always a possibility that there will be charges at some point in the future as further evidence comes to light.

The young man who died as a result of the accident was still alive immediately following the incident. He was transported to a nearby medical facility where medical professionals attempt to save his life. Unfortunately, the soldier’s injuries were too severe to save him.

The driver in this case would have to be proven negligent in order for charges to be pressed against him. Because there was only a single car involved in the accident, it is more likely that the driver was distracted, negligent or otherwise impaired. A NY Car Accident Lawyer states that it is possible that the age of the vehicle, which was over 15 years old, may led to mechanical failure which led to the accident. Neither the driver nor the other passenger in the car could be reached for comment at this time. Police in Staten Island and Long Island are on the lookout for drivers like this one.

Alcohol Involved in Accident Which Killed Pedestrian

A pedestrian has been killed after being involved in a fatal traffic accident. Eye witnesses claim that the pedestrian ran out in front of the car. However, according to police reports obtained by the New York Car Accident Law Office, the driver of the car is thought to of been drinking before the accident occurred. It is strongly suspected that drink had a big role to play in the death of this pedestrian.
The victim was in his mid 20’s and was struck by the car as he stepped out in front of it. He has been charged by police with driving under the influence of alcohol and battery. The man has yet to be identified, but police have mentioned that he was from Hispanic descent. The name of the victim will not be released until the family has been contacted.
The accident happened during the early hours of Sunday morning at around 3 AM. The police report shows that the driver was driving along route 17 and was quite close to Gamble Road. Three people ran across the road in front of him, and one was hit. The New York Car Accident Law Office says that it’s not clear whether he would have been able to stop if he was not drunk.
The driver of the vehicle which hit the pedestrian stopped and phoned police to report the accident. However, the people who ran across the road with the man did not stay, instead they fled the scene. The exact reasons for the accident are not clear and the police investigation is still ongoing. It’s expected that there will be more details in the next few weeks.
The emergency services arrived quickly on the scene. However, the man had already died from his injuries by the time the police could respond. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics, and no other treatment was provided. Drunk driving is handled very seriously in Staten Island and Suffolk County.
The driver was not injured but was noticeably shaken up. He was charged by police for driving under the influence. Although he has been charged, him stopping and owning up to his actions will work in his favor.
