Driver And Passenger In Cross Bronx Expressway Crash Needs A NewYork Car Accident Lawyer

A Nissan crashed into the rear of a truck and killed the passenger in the car. The incident took place on the Cross Bronx Expressway and police report that the driver of the car who was drunk left the scene of the crash. Glen Salera was later arrested at his home in Throgs Neck.
Carmen Irizarry, 36, who was his passenger died in the hospital.

The car accident happened at about 9PM and the Nissan took most of the impact as Salera who had been drinking tried to swerve out of the way of the truck which had been slowed down because of traffic.

The truck driver who was not named was not hurt.

Salera was taken into custody and authorities said that he has a history of arrests and citations for traffic infractions. He was charged with the crimes of vehicular manslaughter and also leaving the scene of an accident and DWI.

Father's Day Car Accident Could Bring a New York Car Accident Lawyer Into The Picture

A cop's father was victimized by a Brooklyn car accident on Father's Day. The man's name was withheld so that his family could be notified of the tragedy.

He drove his Mercedes into a parked car after crashing into a fence and going through it. The incident took place early in the early morning on Pennsylvania Av. in Brooklyn.

Another accident in Brooklyn took the life of a man who was a passenger on a 1990 Honda motorcycle.

Both the victim and the person driving the motorcycle at around 10PM ran into a car. The driver of the car stayed at the scene of the accident which occurred on Church Avenue at Rockaway Parkway in East Flatbush.
The motorcycle driver was not killed and is decent condition at Brookdale Hospital.

A cab ran into two teenage boys in Midwood. The cab ran onto the sidewalk and left the boys in critical condition after hitting them. The livery cab then crashed into a nail salon. The teens were identified as Malik Hibbert, 15, and Travis Cherry.

The accident happened on Glenwood Road and Flatbush Avenue. Afterwards the cab driver and his passenger were taken to a hospital where they were pronounced OK. and passenger were taken to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition.

A short time after the Brooklyn crash, a car went into a guardrail on the L.I.E. and then plunged into the Flushing Meadow Park. The car burst into flames and exploded. The driver is still unidentified.

Two Accidents Claim Two Lives. Is A NY Car Accident Lawyer Needed?

Two car accidents killed two different people. The accidents took place within an hour of each other, one in The Bronx and the other in Brooklyn.

A Brighton Beach woman was hit by a car which seems like it was being driven by a man who a man under the influence of illegal drugs. The police found a syringe with heroin in the car of Ronald Soriano, 27, who was subsequently charged with possession of the drugs which are considered a controlled substance. Whether or not he took the drug before the accident is being investigated by the authorities in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn where the accident took place.

Another car accident which took place an hour earlier in The Bronx claimed one life and injured eight others on Bruckner Boulevard in Soundview. It was an accident between a cab and another car which was part of another livery service. The man who was killed was pinned beneath one of the cars and could not escape before he expired.
